FINDING THE CORRECT PART
How do I find the correct part for my Tata truck?
Search our online store using the vehicle model, product category, part description or part number. If you are uncertain, contact our parts team before ordering. We can assist using your vehicle’s VIN or chassis number, model year, engine details and photographs of the required component.
Why do you need my VIN or chassis number?
Tata trucks of the same model may use different components depending on the year of manufacture, vehicle specification, engine, gearbox or production series. The VIN or chassis number helps us identify the correct application and reduce the risk of supplying an incorrect part.
What information should I provide when requesting a part?
Please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Vehicle model
- Model year
- VIN or chassis number
- Engine number, where relevant
- Existing part number, if visible
- A clear photograph of the required part
- A brief description of the component or problem
- Your name, telephone number and delivery location
Can you identify a part from a photograph?
A photograph can help, but it may not be enough to confirm compatibility. Wherever possible, we will also ask for the vehicle’s VIN or chassis number and any visible part numbers before recommending a component.
What if I cannot find the part on your website?
Our website does not necessarily display every part that we can supply. Send your requirements to our parts team and we will check our own stock, dealership resources and supplier network.
Can I order using a part number?
Yes. Enter the part number into the website search or send it to our parts team. We may still request the vehicle details to confirm that the part number is suitable for your application.
Do you supply parts for all Tata truck models?
We support a broad range of Tata light-, medium- and heavy-commercial vehicles. Availability differs by model, age and component. Contact us with the vehicle details if your model or part is not shown online.
Do you supply parts for discontinued or older Tata models?
We can assist with many older Tata models, subject to stock and supplier availability. In certain cases, a replacement, reconditioned or good-quality used component may be the most practical available solution.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Contact us before returning anything. Eligibility depends on the part, its condition, packaging and whether it was specially ordered. Approved goods must generally be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original, resaleable packaging, subject to our returns policy and applicable law.
Contact us promptly and do not install the component. Once the order and vehicle information have been checked, we will arrange the appropriate correction in line with our returns policy.
A part that has been installed, used, damaged, modified or contaminated may not qualify for return unless it is confirmed to be defective or otherwise returnable under applicable law or an agreed warranty.
Special-order items are generally not returnable merely because they are no longer required or were incorrectly ordered by the customer. Any exceptions must be approved in writing.
Contact our parts team with:
